This Refunds and Returns Policy applies to services sold by M Media through mmediausa.com.
Services, Not Physical Goods
We sell professional services. We do not sell physical products through these service listings, so traditional product return rules do not apply.
All Service Sales Are Final
All services are prepaid and all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once payment is completed. This policy exists because service capacity is reserved immediately and work begins based on the purchased scope.
Access Requirements For Service Delivery
Many services require account access credentials and platform coordination to complete the requested work. By purchasing a service, you acknowledge that implementation may include secure access to your hosting, WordPress admin, domain, DNS, email, or related provider accounts as needed for fulfillment.
No Returns On Service Purchases
Service purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited as if they were physical items. Please review the service description carefully before checkout.
Provider Contact During Service Work
With your permission, we may contact third-party providers on your behalf when that contact is required to complete the purchased service. These communications are part of service fulfillment and do not change the final-sale nature of service purchases.
What We Will Do If Something Goes Wrong
We stand behind the quality of our work. If a deliverable is incomplete within the agreed scope, we will correct it at no additional charge. This quality correction is the remedy for service-delivery issues and is not a refund.
Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same service in error, contact us. Verified duplicate charges will be corrected promptly.
Chargebacks
If you believe there is a billing problem, contact us first so we can resolve it quickly. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may delay support access while the payment dispute is reviewed.
