Download and install the latest build from your order email or the product page.
Open the app → Help > Activate License.
Paste your License Key exactly as received and click Activate.
Offline? Use the Offline Activation option to generate a request code and submit it at /activate (you’ll receive a response code to paste back into the app).
WordPress Plugins (Medigap Plan Grid, Instant Sitemap, Easy SEO)
Upload and activate the plugin in WordPress.
Go to Settings > M Media (or the plugin’s settings page).
Enter your License Key and click Activate.
Licenses may be bound per domain/site. If you need to move a license, deactivate it on the old site first.
M Media License Server (Self-Hosted)
Deploy on your PHP/MySQL stack.
Configure environment and admin user as per the install guide.
Create a product & issue license keys for your apps/plugins.

Common Issues
“License key invalid or already in use.”
Double-check for spaces when pasting the key.
If you moved machines/sites, deactivate the old activation first.
Still stuck? Include the last 6 chars of your key when contacting support.
“Can’t reach activation server.”
Check firewall/proxy-allow outbound HTTPS to our licensing endpoint.
Try Offline Activation (desktop) or activate from a different network.
WordPress: “Update failed” or plugin won’t install
Ensure PHP 8.1+ and WP 6.3+.
Increase upload limit (post_max_size and upload_max_filesize ≥ 16MB).
Try manual upload via Plugins > Add New > Upload.
